Punchr is operated by Clandestino Pty Ltd ("we", "us"). This policy explains how refunds work for Punchr subscriptions.

30-day money-back guarantee

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your order date — no explanation required.

How to request a refund

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com, which is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle handles payments, billing, invoicing, tax and returns. To request a refund, visit paddle.net with your order details, or email us at support@punchr.ai and we will arrange it with Paddle on your behalf.

Refunds are returned to the original payment method. Processing times depend on your bank or card issuer, and are typically 5–10 business days once approved.

Cancellations and renewals

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancelling stops future renewals; your access continues until the end of the current billing period. Refunds outside the 30-day window are considered case by case, and are also handled in line with Paddle's Refund Policy.
